The AudienceView software is designed specifically for use on a desktop computer. The navigation structure, information density, and user tasks are all catered for the larger screen. The only way for user to aggregate information, it's through the reporting tool on the desktop portal. Running report can be tedious and requires extensive knowledge of the system in order to setup. As more user start conducting their day to day task on the go, they need a portal that allow them access to crucial information to help make informed decisions.
How might we create an application that can provide our users with the relevant information that can help them make the right decision regarding the business while in the field?

Dashboard & Data Visualization
Dashboard offers user a quick way to receive information that's relevant to them at that moment. Business data are presented in quick easily scannable visualization to help inform them that state of their business. Additional information is quickly access through the dashboard so they can make actionable decision on the go.

Get Notified and Up-to-date
Through Insight, our clients are able to Favourite any of their events and patrons. Once favourited, any of their activities would be notified through the notification section with summary of the activity and quick access to the Event's or People's detail section. As well, events that happened yesterday, and happening today and tomorrow, would be displayed so any sales and admission data would be readily available.

Get A Better Understanding of Patrons
Getting the most up to date information is crucial to our clients. Knowing what patron purchase habit, donation history, etc, helps them communicate better and provide a more personal relationship. On event day, admission status is perpetually updated, allowing our client to know when favourited patrons check in at the gate.

Keeping Track of Event Sales
Sales data can help drive marketing strategy, determine dynamic pricing, and give client an understanding of the general health of the events. With the data visualization, clients are able to see sales trends, price type distribution, and comparative date between events. On the day of the event, admission status is constantly updated.
Onboarding with Some Personality
A simple and whimsical onboarding process help ease the user into the app and give it some personality.
